Arrivals and departures policy
Keeping the welfare of our cat guests at the forefront of our minds at all times, we have a strict pre-arranged appointment-based policy for check-in and departure times at Alley Kat Hotel. This is to ensure as little disruption to their daily routine as possible.
Please choose either a morning/lunchtime or afternoon slot that suits you best when booking.
We do appreciate things can crop up such as car woes, flight delays, etc but if you are running late seeing as our cut-off time is 5:30pm an extra night’s charge will apply from this time onwards.
We value your time as much as we would like you to value ours, but, more importantly, we would ask that you respect our guests’ time more so.. especially seeing as it’s dinner time!
